United States Basketball League Rookie of the Year Award

is a custom since the 1952-1953 season, the year of the United States Basketball League (NBA) regular season, the best performing rookie awarded a United States Basketball League Rookie of the Year Award (National Basketball Association's Rookie of the Year Award) awards. The winners will receive the Eddie Gottlieb Cup, the trophy is named after the 1946-1947 season to lead the Philadelphia 76ers NBA champion 76ers coach Eddie Gottlieb.

The award is the sports reporters from across the United States and Canada vote. Every one of the judges voting to elect the first, second and third place players. The players will receive 5 points for a first ballot, the second of the vote will get 3 points, the third of the votes will get 1 point.
